This was the best buying experience I had in years (there was that stereo system that cost as much as a car that came even close).
The car had some vibration problems that became annoying after the purchase. Mehdi replaced the tires to resolve the problem. I don’t know of any other competing dealership that would do the same thing after they have your $.
No stress, no glitches – total satisfaction.

His cars are hand picked by Him,guarenteed-by Him,and the show room looks like a SHOW ROOM..It looks to me , like a one man operation,He is knowledgeable,impressive,does the paper work,no loose ends... He has all his cars-under roof,enclosed in side ( so He does not have to hire some one to constantly clean,watch, and worry about them) I thought that was pretty slick.. I have probaly purchased twenty cars in my lifetime, most new,some used. All with one thing in common, like I had just paid a visit to Brokeback Mountain, not a good thing. But with Mehdi, my wife,toddler and I were treated like family, in fact, I could have only got a better deal from my Mother. But then again, Mom does not have the experience to prescreen like new vehicles, have the patience of an angel waiting for credit union and trade-in payoffs,and deliver a beautiful vehicle at a great price. Speaking for myself at least, Mehdi made my experience buying a 350Z very pleasant and stress-free. The showroom is well kept, and well stocked too, with late model year vehicles in excellent condition. I found Mehdi and his staff courteous and very professional. When I was searching on the web for a BMW X5, I found the vehilce at Mehdi's website. Not only did I purchase the vehicle, but I discovered a rewarding relationship of customer satisfaction from Mehdi's team. It was Mehdi who influence me to transition from Mercedes to BMW. In fact, I used his BMW X5 as a benchmark against other dealerships. One dealership claimed that given time it can offer me a better deal. I have not heard from the dealership since November 2007. Now my wife wants her next car from Mehdi. She has not decided what vehicle to purchase, however; I do know where the vehicle will come from that being Mehdi.

I hate buying cars! I especially hate buying used cars—until Mehdi! When he says customer satisfaction is his top priority, he means it. My husband went to check out a vehicle he saw online and called me with a glowing description of the car and Mehdi. I didn’t believe him on either count. The next day I became a believer. The car was just what we were looking for and in excellent condition. The sales process was smooth and hassle free. We had a minor concern with the car’s rear lights which Mehdi promised would be fixed by that evening and it was. I drove home with my new car completely satisfied and very confident. Mehdi also takes the fear of the unknown out of used car buying. He provides a comprehensive 2 month or 2000 mile warranty on all of his cars free of cost! If you have a problem, he promises he will take care of it—and he does. In fact when we were completing the sale of the car he repeatedly asked us if there were any concerns with the car we wanted him to address, but the car was in such excellent condition we couldn’t find any problems for him to fix. In short, Mehdi promises and delivers an outstanding and very unique car buying experience. I will certainly head back to Mehdi for any future car buying needs.
